A Hammer-In is intended to be an opportunity for people interested in blacksmithing to get together to socialize and share knowledge. Registration is required.

Project: Colonial Butterfly Hinges
What: This is an intermediate skill level project that requires forge welding, heat control due to thin metal (11/4 x1/8), sizing and fitting.
Tools: Safety equipment- eye, ear, and burn, etc. Bring your favorite stuff; forge, too (if you have one.)
Cost: Members of the Philip Simons Artist Guild Provide instruction at no cost. Participants must be members of PSABG ($15.00 annually.) Onlookers – no cost. Small cost for materials and donation for lunch.
